Dr. Hayes
Since 1997, Dr. Katherine Hayes, PhD, has served as a Professor of Sacred Scripture at the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception in Huntington, NY.
She received her Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from The Catholic University of America. She is the author of “The Earth Mourns:” Prophetic Metaphor and Oral Aesthetic (Society of Biblical Literature/Brill 2002) and of the forthcoming volume Introduction to Wisdom/Proverbs in the New Collegeville Bible Commentary (Liturgical Press).
